Terms of Service
General Considerations
Working hours might change from day to night and may vary due to personal or external factors. In any case all clients will be notified of these changes.
All commissions are Digital Products. No physical delivery will be sent.
Prices may vary based on client needs.
The artist retains the right to display and promote all artwork.
Commission Process
Commission inquiries can be done by DM or e-mail.
Payment upfront (50% - 100%) prior to beginning of project.
The client MUST inform the artist if they intent on printing the artwork beforehand to avoid complications.
The client MUST inform the artist if they need the artwork in a specific file type (bitmap, vector) beforehand.
Communication conducted via DM (Discord, Instagram, Ko-fi, Facebook) or e-mail. Updates will be provided throughout project duration.
Revisions are limited to 3 (three) during the sketch fase.
Minor changes after commission is finished such as a few color modifications are limited to 2 (two).
Minor/Mayor changes after commission is completed WILL be charged.
Delivery of final artwork will be done via e-mail once 100% of payment has been settled.
Licencing Terms
Personal Licence included in all commissions by default.
Commercial Licence is subject to additional terms and fees.
All commissioned work contains a signature. NO REMOVAL of watermark unless a comercial licence has been aquired.
Refund Policies
Keep in mind that due to currency convertions and transaction fees, the refund amount you are expecting might vary.
Full or parcial refunds are NOT applicable for customer dissatisfaction after artwork is completed. Revisions are made throught the commission process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Full refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued if I cannot start/complete your request due to personal or technical difficulties.
Full refund (minus transactions fees) will be made if the customer cancels the order and I have not started the sketch fase.
Refund of 50%-75% (minus transaction fees) will be issued if the customer cancels the order and I have already started the sketch fase. Percentage will depend on how polished the sketch is.
Refund percentage will apply ONLY to the received payment be it full or partial, minus the transaction fees.
No refunds will be avaliable once render fase (ink and color) is reached.
